Terms of Service

These terms apply to livetheai.com and to the services offered by livetheai ("livetheai", "we"): business automation packages and the livetheai Academy. By using the site or buying a service you agree to them.

Automation services

• Each package has a fixed scope, setup fee, monthly fee and delivery time, which we confirm with you in writing before work starts.
• The free pilot is a small demonstration on your own number. It does not commit you to buy.
• Third-party costs, such as WhatsApp message charges from Meta, are billed at actuals. We show you the expected amount before you start.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, products and information you give us, and for having permission to message your customers.
• Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Money-back and cancellation

If an automation is not right after it goes live, tell us within 7 days and we will refund the setup fee. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time with notice before your next billing date.

Academy

• The cohort runs on the dates announced. Seats are confirmed on payment.
• If the course is not right for you, tell us after the first session and we will refund the full fee.
• Session recordings are for enrolled participants only and may not be shared or resold.
• We may reschedule a session with notice. If we cancel the cohort, you receive a full refund.

Your data

You own the customer data and content that belongs to your business. You can export it or ask us to delete it when our work ends. See our Privacy Policy.

No guarantee of results

Automations save time and help you respond faster, but we cannot promise a specific increase in sales or hours saved. Examples and estimates on this site, including the calculator, are illustrations and not guarantees.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered location have jurisdiction.
